Returns Policy
Change of Mind:
Full returns accepted if in original sealed packaging, unused within seven (7) days. Goods returned after seven (7) days are subject to a 10% surcharge.
Damaged on Delivery:
If the goods arrive and the packaging is open or damaged; inspect the contents while the delivery driver is still there, and get them to record the damage. If you are picking up from a depot or AusPost Office get the depot/office to record the damage to the item. Contact us immediately, to make a shipping claim, and to arrange pictures or return of the item, and replacement or rectification, as required.
Faulty Items:
Contact us within three (3) days of purchase date to advise us of the fault. A full refund including shipping will be available in the instance of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.
When do items need to be returned by?
· Change of mind Returns: Goods returned after even (7) days are subject to a 10% surcharge
· No goods to be returned after 30 days.
· All electrical and printed goods are non-returnable.
· Used parts are non-returnable
· Any claims or damaged items to be returned within three (3) working days from delivery date.
